20th Anniversary Success

Comunn Gàidhealach Mhuile celebrate their 20th anniversary with victory at the Royal National Mòd in Paisley. The choir were successful in the U13 Unison taking home the Donald & Mamie MacPhail Trophy, the Darlington Society Silver Jubilee Trophy for the highest marks in Gaelic and the Morag Robb Memorial Trophy for the highest marks in Music. This was quickly followed by the presentation of the MacIntyre Cup and the Olive Campbell MBE Trophy for winning the U13 Puirt a beul.
The 9 strong choir were joined on stage by 10th member, Killian Fraser, for the Action Song competition and picked up the Margaret MacDougall (Fort William) Memorial trophy for their rendition of Mairi Ruadh with Ronan Carmichael in the starring role… more in the printed issue
