New Physiotherapist

Meet newly appointed Physiotherapist Fiona Gray
The Physiotherapy Team at Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership has recently welcomed physiotherapist Fiona Gray to the team. Fiona will be living and working on the Isle of Mull. Her role will involve assessing and treating patients who have problems relating to pain in muscles, spine or joints as well as providing advice to patients on how to manage their condition.
With over 18 years experience, previously working as a physiotherapist in Ross-shire, Fiona’s new role as Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist covers all communities on Mull. Fiona will be working closely with local GP Practices and, after an initial patient assessment, a treatment programme will be agreed on with patient orientated goals. These programmes are patient specific and are constantly reviewed and tailored to the patient’s needs. Her work will be through a variety of channels, including; face-to-face appointments, phone call consultations and discussions around self- management techniques via digital resources… more in the printed issue
