Ulva Ferry Shore Building

On a beautiful sunny day, on February 24th, a “locals” opening event took place at the new Ulva Ferry Shore Facilities building.
Over 150 people from all over Mull and Iona came to join the celebrations to open the building, which will welcome both the local community and visitors in the coming season.
The building has toilets, showers, multifunction room, kitchen, laundry and drying room and is the first net carbon neutral community building in the area.
After several years of development, the building is phase 3 of MICT and USCA’s waterside developments at Ulva Ferry, consisting of the pontoon, car park improvements and motorhome facilities and complements developments from NWMCWC, including pier improvements… more in the printed issue
